Our kaupapa is rooted in the belief that when wāhine are well, whānau and communities thrive.
We offer restorative respite care for solo mothers, providing a safe and nurturing space for wāhine to rest, reflect, and recharge — often for the first time in a long time. This immediate care responds to the emotional and physical exhaustion that many solo māmā face, and creates room for healing and reconnection.
Alongside this, our strengths-based mentoring programme walks with wāhine as they reclaim their confidence, identity, and aspirations. Our programme empowers wāhine not only to thrive themselves, but to ripple change through their whānau and wider communities.
Together, these offerings reflect our long-term commitment to systemic change, intergenerational wellbeing, and wāhine-led transformation.
